CTW's SMAT trailers put State Medical Assistance Teams in position to deploy first-responders with maximum efficiency. The SMAT units can be outfitted for mass casualty triage, emergency command centers, field hospitals or immediately-deployable shelters. CTW can help your team respond to any mission in the most efficient and cost effective way.

These trailers were designed and built by CTW in collaboration with several shelter manufacturers and contained 50 - 200 bed field hospitals, depending on the tent provider.  CTW’s trailers are currently being used by the states of North Carolina and Mississippi and set the benchmark for other SMAT teams to follow.  As the OEM (original equipment manufacturer) for these units, we have continued to improve the product with the highest output generators (175 Kw) and 100 bed systems/trailer, this reduces the number of response trailers from 4 to 2, saving your team hundreds of thousands of dollars in trailer costs.
